Our products are hand-made using no or little use of any machinery that marks each of our product as unique and one of its kinds. We only use original kundan stone/naturalstone/beads as a consequence products tend to be a little different from one another
Each product is photographed by our proficient photographer; still technology has its own limitation, things seen from naked eyes and a photograph always have some difference. We attempt to stay (in photograph) as close as the original product.
Hence all sales are final.
Custom orders on all personalized products are “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Please handle your luxury gold-plated product with care avoiding contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture and excessive temperature changes. Wood, resin and other material may get damaged or stones may get dislodged if force is applied or the piece or it falls. We will not accept any returns if any of the aforementioned occur.
We will not undertake repairs if the products has been altered or repaired outside. We may not be able to undertake all repairs and reserve the right to decline to do so.
Exchange / Return policy
1. We only exchange products if the product is faulty/wrong or damaged in transit.
2. Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
3. A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
4. For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties.
6. For Return Inform us by mail https://inluxary.com/ within 2 days of the product is delivered after that we will not process.
Steps to follow for exchange:
1. Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at info@inluxary.com whatsapp us on +91-7990261761 with their order number and product picture.
2. Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
3. The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
4. Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items
will be borne by the customer only.
5. Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per our policy.
6. Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
7. It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
8. All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
Refund
1. Refunds are applicable only in case of loss of shipments.
2. Refunds are applicable if product is not repairable/replaceable.
3. Once the refund is approved we will refund the amount into your registered bank account within 7-14 working days.
